Chapters cover breakfast, preserves, beverages, breads, appetizers, main dishes, and a range of desserts; dishes include Biscuits 'n' Chocolate Gravy, Southern Sweet Tea with lemon slices (or fresh mint, for a twist), and classics like Fried Green Tomatoes, Red Velvet Cake, and Coca-Cola Cake.
